Do I get an invoice?



Having made a booking you will automatically be sent two emails to the email address you specified during the booking process. One will be your travel insurance e-certificate showing who is covered, whats covered and the emergency contact numbers to call in an emergency. Your second email is an invoice which breaks down the payment and shows the policy price plus any credit card fees and postage costs that may have been incurred if you have used a credit card or asked for the documents to be sent in the post.


Vat Invoice

Whilst your policy includes tax, this is insurance premium tax and is charged at 20%. This is not VAT and as such you cannot claim this back as an expense. Sorry.
