Cancelling an existing Travel Insurance policy

Your Right To Cancel

We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if upon reflection this, insurance does not meet your requirements, please return it to us within fourteen days of issue and we will refund your policy premium. We will charge an administration fee of up to £15 and this will be charged for cancellations made within the 14-day cooling-off period. You are not eligible for a refund if your policy has already begun or if you intend to make a claim under the policy or if you are outside the 14-day cooling-off period. Please note that we will only accept cancellations in writing from the email address used at the time of booking.
